Bailey, Jr., Digital Scholarship provides information and commentary about digital copyright, digital curation, digital repository, net neutrality, open access, scholarly communication, and other digital information issues. Digital Scholarship is not affiliated with the University of Houston Libraries. No publications are being actively maintained on the University of Houston Libraries website and the sepw@listserv.uh.edu is no longer used. The University of Houston Libraries' Scholarly Electronic Publishing Bibliography archive does not contain all versions of the bibliography, and the versions that are archived there are incomplete.
